The spacious, bright living room is where villa life unfolds. Large windows open the interior to the garden, while a comfortable, roomy sofa invites shared relaxation.
The living room is equipped with a home cinema and high-end audio equipment, so you can create your own atmosphere—from movie night to unwinding with your favorite music.

The fully equipped kitchen has been designed with convenience and freedom in mind — whether for a quick breakfast or cooking together for a larger group.

Guests have access to a large 5-burner gas stove, a side-by-side fridge with freezer and ice maker, a dishwasher, microwave, and steam cooking equipment. The kitchen is also equipped with a bread slicer and a full set of cookware and kitchen accessories.

The spacious dining area with a large table is perfect for shared meals and long conversations — unhurried, in an atmosphere of warmth and ease.

The dining room is the heart of shared gatherings — a space created to celebrate moments around one table. A large table for 16 guests allows everyone to sit together, while elegant lighting creates an exceptional atmosphere — from bright morning breakfasts to long, moody dinners. Comfortable chairs naturally extend the time at the table as conversations flow freely.

The games room at LuxVilla is a space created for spending time together — dynamic, stylish and full of possibilities.

The centrepiece is the pool table, which naturally draws people in. Guests also have access to a dartboard, PlayStation and Xbox consoles, an arcade machine, and board games — something for everyone regardless of mood.

The space is complemented by a modern wet bar equipped with bartending tools and a wine fridge, allowing you to create your own relaxation zone for evening gatherings.

The perfect spot for evenings with friends, light-hearted competition, and memories that last long after you leave.

The private heated pool is one of the most exceptional spaces at LuxVilla — available year-round, regardless of the weather.

Glass walls open the interior to the garden, letting in natural light and creating an atmosphere of relaxation close to nature. Subtle lighting, including a “starry sky” ceiling effect, gives this space a unique, calm character — ideal for a morning start or an evening wind-down.

For full comfort, the pool area also includes a shower and toilet.

On the ground floor there is a small, elegant toilet with a washbasin, designed with attention to detail and guest comfort.

The host went out of his way to make us feel welcome, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to stay at his place. It was one of the cleanest houses we've ever stayed in. The house was very clean and there were many attractions on site. The games room was very nicely decorated and nothing was missing. Unfortunately, the dartboard is a bit outdated, so almost no darts hit it. The home theater worked great and allowed you to watch whatever you wanted. The kitchen was also very well equipped. The garden and tennis court were also very nice. There were excellent restaurants nearby, which were only a 10-minute drive away. The town is also beautiful and worth a visit, also only a 15-minute drive away. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to our next stay.

It’s a peaceful, green place away from city noise—yet excellently connected: just 2.5 hours from Wrocław and Berlin, 3 hours from Poznań, and about 4 hours from Warsaw. We send the exact address after booking confirmation.

Yes, we collect a refundable security deposit when booking. Its amount is determined individually and provided at the booking stage. The deposit is fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage. This is standard practice that gives both parties peace of mind.

Yes—LuxVilla is a property rented exclusively in its entirety. Once you book, the villa is at your complete disposal: the pool, tennis court, garden, game room, drink room, and all other areas belong only to you and your guests. No strangers, no shared spaces—just your private time.

Yes, we offer a range of additional services, including catering, special occasion decorations, birthday cake, or preparing the villa for a special event. It’s also possible to arrange a massage or other wellness services. We determine details and pricing individually—write to us before or after booking, and we’ll tailor everything to your needs.

Yes, complete bedding and towels for all guests are included in the price of your stay. You’ll also find luxury soaps and premium shampoos in the villa—everything you need to feel like you’re in a real hotel while maintaining the privacy and freedom of your own place.

Gladly! Extending your stay is possible if the dates are available. Contact us preferably in advance—ideally the day before—and we’ll check availability and arrange the terms. We try to accommodate guests who simply don’t want to leave. 😊

Yes, we issue VAT invoices. Please provide company details no later than check-in day. The invoice will be issued and sent by email within a few business days after your stay ends.

Yes, LuxVilla is pet-friendly! The villa has fenced grounds, so your dog can run freely off-leash. Please inform us in advance about arriving with a pet—this may involve an additional cleaning fee. We’ll make sure both you and your dog feel right at home.
